Once the search is narrowed down to several acceptable properties, we will engage the various landlords in lease negotiations including your current landlord in many cases. Our goal is to secure the best lease arrangement for our clients by allowing landlords with serious interest to compete.
Tenant Build-out Assistance
Invariably some level of tenant finish will be required when a new lease is signed from simple paint and carpet to complete reconfiguration of the space. We will help you understand how to reasonably budget these costs as well as assist in locating vendors and contractors. |
