You are here: Home » Commercial Land Commercial land includes single building lots and acreage tracts that already have commercial zoning or could be rezoned easily for commercial uses. These properties typically have all utilities and good access for commercial traffic. Zoning classifications vary by jursidiction and retail properties may have zoning classifications of C-1, C-2, GC, GB, HB, or Comm to name just a few. It is important to closely review the zoning ordinance for each property to determine if your intended use is allowed. In some cases a special or conditional use permit maybe required in order to develop the property for your use.
